Yungblud has never been one to shy away from putting some of his strong opinions in his music, and his newest release is no different. On May 23rd, Yungblud released his newest single, ‘Parents’. Just like all his other works; it both makes you want to get up and dance, and also makes a point. The song speaks to the power, passion, and intelligence of the younger generation, and how those young ones are being held back by the older generation and their way of thinking.

The mainline of this song, “cuz parents ain’t always right,” has become a sort of movement for those that struggle getting that affirmation and love from family and older, “respected” ones. With this new song, the anticipation to hear anything new from Yungblud just keeps building. There is no stopping this one.
