My Chemical Romance have been in the headlines for the past few weeks for their consistent stream of teaser posts and while Scene Daddy has been covering the developments in detail, this most recent post seems to point to a different announcement entirely.
Captioned βπΊπΈβ, this teaser clearly depicts the car used in the music video for βNa Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na)β from 2010βs Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, speeding through a similar desert setting. Considering the 10th anniversary of Danger Days is this year, My Chemical Romance could be hinting at a full US tour in support of this milestone.
On the other hand, previous teasers have contained imagery from the bands other albums as well, most recently the image of the gurney covered in a hospital sheet (right) likely representing The Black Parade. Perhaps My Chemical Romance are simply reminding fans of their past works, suggesting they will be playing material across their entire discography on upcoming shows.
Considering fans have received teasers referencing each one of the bands past albums, there is the possibility that the next teaser will contain imagery for future material. This is speculation of course, but Scene Daddy will continue to follow the developments in the return of My Chemical Romance.
