Grayscale have announced that they will be raising funds to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. They shared a link on Twitter with the caption “Please share this. It is the most important thing we’ve ever done.” The link, which can be accessed here, directs fans to a division of the band’s web page containing various ways to donate to the cause.

Within the page, Grayscale also shared a live performance of “Tommy’s Song”, one of the tracks from the band’s latest album Nella Vita. “Tommy’s Song” is written from the perspective of lead vocalist Collin Walsh, and describes the unfortunate loss of his late cousin to suicide.

From the band’s web page:

“Today, we wanted to share with you the impact of this song. We captured “Tommy’s Song” live on camera so that you can watch and feel what it was like that night, and to show you how this story has affected not just Collin and the band, but every single person in the room that night.”

If you are so inclined to donate to Grayscale’s movement to raise money for suicide prevention programs and supporting survivors of suicide loss, please visit this link.
