Every Time I Die Continues to Tease New Music

Since the first teaser back in September of 2019, the anticipation for Every Time I Die to release their ninth album increases every day. The bands last full-length effort surfaced over four years ago, when they released Low Teens back in 2016. With so much time that has passed since then, many are waiting with baited breath to see how the New York-based hardcore/punk band has evolved since then. Guitarist Andy Williams even confirmed on his own Twitter back in October of last year that the new release will contain some of the heaviest riffs he’s ever produced, which given the most recent teaser is an accurate statement.

Members of the band have been working on different projects over the years, contributing to the long-awaited return of the band's newest full-length release. Keith Buckley has been involved with his other band The Damned Things, who reunited last year to release their second album High Crimes and tour the United States. Meanwhile, Andy Williams has been pursuing dreams outside of music with his growing wrestling career. Needless to say, Every Time I Die has certainly transitioned away from the standard album cycles of the past to pursue other passions.

With that being said, don’t mistake the band for losing sight of their musical goals for the future release. Every Time I Die was actively touring last year and in January with While She Sleeps in Europe. If anything, their dabbling in other passions may give the band new influences to put into the new record.

With the new album looming in the background, fans can look forward to their upcoming shows, including a one-off performance in Detroit, Michigan on March 13th. They will also be joining Parkway Drive on their Australian Revolution Tour from June 13th to the 24th.
