Established in 2018, Interloper Designs is taking the world of metal design by storm with their refreshing artistic style. Starting with self-taught logos and artwork, Interloper Designs have expanded into the realms of promotional marketing, video editing, and music production.

Interloper Designs is ran solely by the creative Jake Clark, who has big plans for the future of the brand. “I want Interloper to become something bigger than I can even imagine,” he says. “My end goal is to turn Interloper into a multi-media production company that has an important role in entertainment as a whole. I plan on hiring independent artists and offering services that could help bands in every step from “first logo” to “headlining international tour”.”

As most members of the scene can imagine, metal design is a complex art form that isn’t for everyone to master. “As chaotic as it may look, there’s so many intricacies to the art.” Jake continues, “Every spike, web, curve, and detail carries significant weight to the overall piece if it demands symmetry and brand-recognition.” Interloper Designs understands the complexities of the design process, and knows how to take a task like making a logo for a band, and make it something truly unique and distinguishable from any other.

While there is clear talent in the art, Jake credits a great deal of his current success to the advice he’s received over the years. “I owe my entire career to the Community of Metal Designers Facebook Group and Page,” he says “I’ve been honored to get help and professional advice from some of the greatest artists of our generation.

Thinking ahead to the future is essential for an expanding business. Interloper Designs is doing just this, as they plan the next phase of their business in 2020, Interloper Apparel. With the help of HELLPLANET Co., Jakes plans to “make some sick attire for the sickest people.”
