Killswitch Engage track "My Curse" has gone platinum in the United States last week, earning 1 million in sales. Appearing on the 2006 album As Daylight Dies, this was the record that showed they were not only trailblazers in their genre, but also showed that the band could continue long after vocalist Jesse Leach departed from the band at the time, replacing him with Howard Jones until 2012. The album would later be certified gold in 2009.

As if the news couldn't get any better for Killswitch Engage this week, two more tracks were also certified gold. "The End of Heartache" from their 2004 album The End of Heartache and their cover of Dio's metal classic "Holy Diver" both sold an astounding equivalent to 500,000 in sales.

Guess it's safe to say with one platinum track and two gold in the bag in one week, the band is happy to hear such epic news.
