Now more than ever, bands and artists are finding ways to use their voices to address the concerns of the world. Within the rock genre, many bands are doing just that. Overseas, Swedish metal band Set to Wake is not only trying to make genre-defining music that captivates the auditory senses but also serves a purpose to bring forth serious issues that affect our society today.

Whether it's taking a stand on our environmental well-being, equality, or addressing mental health issues, Set to Wake wants to use their artistic talents to discuss these hard-pressing issues creatively. Wanting to discuss and spread their ideas and values through heavy music, Set to Wake have dropped their new track, "Beautiful End," featuring Voided.

With peppered in electro-soundscapes, catchy head-banging guitar grooves, crushing cyclopean solos, intricate percussive sections, and a powerfully layered vocal presence throughout, "Beautiful End" is a unique continuation of ever-growing creativity within the band. Fearlessly not assigning themselves to a particular genre or pigeon-holing their sound instrumentally, Set to Wake has created something that instrumentally massive and thought-provoking. Set to Wake commented on their latest track.

"We always want to explore different ways to express what needs to be said, in this sense, we had the experimental rock-rapper Voided as a feature. This had brought a whole new dimension to the music. Stuff like this is what it's all about. Endless creativity."
