In celebration of their 10th anniversary as a band, Indianapolis alt-rock group Chin Up, Kid have released “Back Again”. The aptly titled track is their first new single in 4 years, but even with that relatively large gap, the band find themselves in familiar territory sonically. The integration of atmosphere-building electronics into this hard-hitting rock song will be recognizable to fans of the band’s previous work.

Reflecting on “Back Again” and more of their releases to come, band member Jon Benjamin says, “After four years, Chin Up, Kid has both picked up where they left off and reinvented themselves at the same time. We are writing the best material of our career right now for an upcoming LP. It’s honestly insane how quickly the chemistry was revived after going in different directions. We couldn’t be happier to say Chin Up, Kid is back!”

With a few EPs and full-length albums under their belt as well as experience playing shows in their home state of Indiana (including their local stop of the Vans Warped Tour in 2015), Chin Up, Kid are simultaneously honoring their past 10 years of music and looking forward to their future with the release of “Back Again”.
