BABYMETAL - Orlando, FL

Babymetal received the warmest of welcomes from Orlando, Florida, where they kicked off the first date of their world tour. Travelling all the way from Tokyo, Japan, one of the most simultaneously brutal and cutest acts have embarked on a tour across the U.S. with support from the Queen of “Bimbocore,” Scene Queen. These two dominating female acts are on a journey to show why girls kick butt in metal and they achieved exactly that on night one!

“One of my dream acts to tour with, even though it was a long shot, was always Babymetal” stated Scene Queen in her set at the Hard Rock Live in Orlando. Both Scene Queen and Babymetal took over the famous venue located in the heart of Universal Studios for one night as the main attraction. As dreams do come true for both the opening act and fans alike, a sold out show was just the tip of the iceberg to kick off the night. 

With costumes detailed and choreography synchronized, Babymetal took the stage ablaze and every person in attendance was restless. The sold out show allowed Babymetal to start their tour off on the highest of notes, especially with more than half the tour being sold out. Playing hit songs, such as “Gimme Chocolate!!” and “Megitsune,” as well as new gems, such as their collaboration with German party metal band Electric Callboy, “RATATATA,” it was no surprise that there was no down time when it came to raging with Babymetal. Catch them on their remaining dates of the U.S. leg of their world tour from now until the beginning of December.
