The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus have come back in 2020 with their first bona-fide track since 2018, titled "A Long Time Ago In a Galaxy Called LA".
While this audio experience is the newest injection of material we have gotten since the release of 2018's The Awakening, the band has been involved in a few smaller releases, including a radio mix of “Shooting Star” and a cover of Thrice’s “Trust”, which was included on Songs That Saved My Life Volume 2 via Hopeless Records.
In distinctive The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus fashion, the band delivers another hit love song for the ages as fans are taken back to early 2000s with its emo instrumentation and vocal elements woven throughout. Contagious handclaps, gang vocals, rapacious technical drum work , and nostalgic melodic guitar infusions that are uniquely their own, takes fans on a music ride from start to finish.
The new track provides a glimpse into their new EP, The Emergency, set to debut as the band is getting ready to tour for the Wildlife Projekt throughout April, as well as will be heading back out on the road with Boys Like Girls to celebrate their famous release of Don't You Fake It.
The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus’ "A Long Time Ago In a Galaxy Called LA" can be heard to on all major music streaming sites, as well as previewed below!
