Asking Alexandria Debut New Single on SiriusXM Octane
English rock band Asking Alexandria have just dropped their new single "They Don't Want What We Want (And They Don't Care)” on SiriusXM Octane. This is exciting news as this is the first we have heard anything musically from the band since they released "The Violence" back in July of 2019.
With the new track premiere, the band seems to be branching out in terms of sound exploration. With mammoth-like guitar patterns, spirited and powerfully-charged percussive elements, coupled with some of the most contagious and varied deliveries vocally that Danny Worsnop has ever crafted, this seems to only scratch the surface of the kinds of sounds we will discover on the new album.
Back in the summer of 2019, guitarist Ben Bruce had talked about an album already being finished, yet we still have not heard anything on a full release. Based on the name of the recently announced ‘Like A House On Fire Tour’, it’s not unlikely that the name of the album will be Like A House On Fire. This will be the follow-up to their 2017 self-titled release, and chances are we’re in for one hell of a musical ride once it drops.
Asking Alexandria will be joined by Falling In Reverse, Wage War, and Hyro the Hero on the ‘Like A House On Fire Tour’, which is set to run from April 30th through May 31st.
