Yesterday, June 14th, Motionless In White’s bassist, Justin Morrow, announced a side project called Cipher Sight with the release of a single “Icons Crown”, featuring former Ice Nine Kills bandmate, Justin DeBlieck. On both Twitter and Facebook Morrow wrote, “It is my pleasure to formally announce my new solo project, Cipher Sight. The debut single, “Icons Crown (ft Justin DeBlieck)” is now streaming on Spotify and available on iTunes.”

“Icons Crown” is the first single from an upcoming self-titled EP. The song itself has a clear Ice Nine Kills influence instrumentally, which can be expected when two former Ice Nine Kills members get together to work their magic. While it is similar in style, the single differs from both Ice Nine Kills and Motionless In White. Morrow includes unique, smooth grunge rock vocals with a melodic metalcore beat.

While there is no set date for the EP, fans of both Ice Nine Kills and Motionless In White eagerly await updates and more music. Fans took to the Youtube comments with positive feedback and a wave of excitement for the debut single; many were excited to see the two Justin’s working together again. While waiting for another drop you can stream “Icons Crown” Ft. Justin DeBlieck on all streaming platforms.
