The “Rawring 20's” movement has quickly sparked change within the rock music scene as of late. With many bands trying to curate their sound to a previous era of electronic-infused metalcore, Dutch/Scandinavian trio Captain Graveyard confidently knows the fanbase they want to cater to and have embraced it. With eccentric charm and conviction, Captain Graveyard brings forth their latest track release, "Drowning."

"Drowning" takes the most infectious aspects of electronic music from the mid-2000s and boldly molds it together with today's modern metalcore sound. Though Captian Graveyard is only fresh formed, judging from this latest release, we can expect a lot of great things from them in the future. With a sound that takes inspiration from the greats while also not shying away from crafting their own unique musical identity, Captain Graveyard is here to prove that with mixing old and the new, the possibilities are endless.
