The single would be the third biggest-selling track for the band outside of platinum singles "Teenagers" and "Welcome To The Black Parade." "Im Not Okay (I Promise)" has sold an equivalent to 400,000 in sales.
Featured on their sophomore release, Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge, the catchy yet earnest concept record would also produce high marks on the charts in the UK back in 2004.
