My Chemical Romance has some exciting news to share today, as the iconic hit, "Im Not Okay (I Promise)," has been certified gold in the UK. The single would be the third biggest-selling track for the band outside of platinum singles "Teenagers" and "Welcome To The Black Parade." "Im Not Okay (I Promise)" has sold an equivalent to 400,000 in sales.

Featured on their sophomore release, Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge, the catchy yet earnest concept record would also produce high marks on the charts in the UK back in 2004. This nostalgic rock masterpiece not only showed the band had staying power but proved that they possessed an unyielding sense of versatile creativity to continue to where they are now.

My Chemical Romance can put yet another certified single into the books to have achieved such impressive status in their illustrious career. After all this time, it's certainly deserving of the reward.
