Spiritbox vocalist Courtney LaPlante has taken to the podcast universe with a podcast entitled "Good for a Girl". Both Spiritbox and LaPlante had taken to social media yesterday to announce the new project with a trailer, hyping fans up for a cool new podcast. "Good for a Girl" is a podcast that shares the stories of women in the music industry filled with personal anecdotes and good times. The show is set to include topics such as Imposter Syndrome and industry networking and gender inequality in the industry, both intriguing topics worth expanding on. 

On both the band and LaPlante's personal accounts, the post reads "There are just as many fascinating people behind the scenes as there are people under the spotlight, and learning from their experience can help us get closer to our own goals within this industry." LaPlante then expands on this through her personal account adding, "That's my goal. To absorb as much information as I can, to make myself the best musician I can be. Come along for the ride!" Be sure to get your calendars out because the first episode is set to air on February 10, 2021, starring Caity Babs, a radio personality for Sirius XM.
