Conversation Drop New Music Video for “As The Oceans Moved”

Toronto-based post-hardcore band Conversation have just released a music video for “As The Oceans Moved”, the first track on their 2022 full-length album Honesty. Watching some of their music videos from the past few years, including those for “You’ve Made Yourself Perfectly Clear” and “Black Coffee Blues”, makes it obvious that they aren’t afraid to get creative and make unique videos to complement their songs. But with “As The Oceans Moved”, they embraced a back-to-basics approach.

Since releasing ‘As The Oceans Moved’ a few months ago, we've been getting really great feedback from people on the new direction we're taking the band,” says the group. “The video embodies our DIY ethos, and we felt we really took it back to first principles compared to the production on some of our past videos. We shot in one of our favourite hometown venues, and worked with our longtime friend Dylan Gould behind the camera. We hope everyone enjoys it!”

The up-and-comers’ previous efforts have landed them the opportunity to perform alongside acts like Bullet For My Valentine, Enter Shikari, and Silent Planet, and have garnered coverage from Revolver and essential Canadian music publication Exclaim!. Locals can catch Conversation opening for legendary Canadian progressive metal band Protest the Hero in Hamilton, Ontario on April 15th alongside Ready the Prince.
