Artist Spotlight: ENOX

Having endured years of hard work, self-discovery, and trial and error, ENOX are the ultimate and final form of previous metalcore project, Enochian. Despite their namesake being a dead, occult language, every aspect of this band is teeming with a refreshing excitement. ENOX encapsulate just about every aspect of modern metalcore: groovy djent-inspired riffs, explosive breakdowns, and a mix of vocals that will have you bobbing your head and singing along one moment, and rolling your eyes back and doing stank face the next.

Last year, when ENOX released their debut album Euphoria, they firmly planted their feet as one of the most exhilarating bands in the scene, and judging by the intensity of their newest single “Mortar Shell”, they are boldly stating that they aren’t going away any time soon. I’m eagerly anticipating hearing more from them, and with the recent announcement of their partnership with Blood Blast Distribution, something tells me that will come sooner rather than later.
