Oceans Ate Alaska Return With Original Vocalist

Oceans Ate Alaska are back with “Metamorph,” a proggy new single that shows a band with renewed energy and a fresh perspective. “Metamorph” marks the return of vocalist James Harrison, who left the band in 2016 and was replaced by Jake Noakes.

The opening lyrics are fitting, with Harrison posing the question “Did you miss me?” “Metamorph” is OAA’s first release since 2017’s Hikari with Noakes. With a new single and the return of Harrison, we can only hope the British band has more plans for new music.

Check out the video for “Metamorph” below and stay tuned to Scene Daddy for more Oceans Ate Alaska news.
